I am writing with respect to my experience in recently purchasing a property through Independent Property Group Gungahlin I commenced my search for a property in the ACT on the internet as I was living in Batemans Bay NSW and was looking to purchase interstate. Very quickly I became aware how difficult it was to purchase in the ACT in the current climate being that the market was flooded with buyers. This was made even more difficult for me as I was still living and working in NSW and was unable to look at properties through the week. I had already accepted a new position in the ACT and needed to purchase a home as soon as possible. I became interested in a property in a property that was for sale through your office.
